AI and Data Use Policy

Version 0.9-draft · Effective 2026-08-18 · Applies to: All customers

How AI is used inside Clarity Harbor's analysis, what it is not used for, and how customer data is treated.

Draft. Draft pending qualified legal review. This document describes how Clarity Harbor intends to operate and is published for transparency. It is not an executed agreement and does not yet form binding terms. Final language will be reviewed and approved by legal counsel before activation.

How AI is used

AI is used to organize evidence, compare evidence against a baseline, identify patterns, prepare analysis, and draft deliverables.

AI does not decide what the evidence means. Kirsten Alburg reviews and approves significant Diagnostic and Pulse findings before delivery.

Model training

Unless you explicitly authorize it in writing, Customer Confidential Information and Customer Data are not used to train general-purpose AI models.

Aggregated and de-identified insights

Clarity Harbor distinguishes customer-specific confidential information from aggregated or de-identified insights used to improve the methodology and to build generalized adoption benchmarks.

Customer-specific confidential information is not exposed in any aggregated output, and information is described as de-identified only where the actual technical process meets the applicable standard.

Accuracy and uncertainty

Where the available evidence does not support a conclusion, the deliverable says so rather than filling the gap. Findings carry an explicit confidence level.
