What information Clarity Harbor collects, why, how it is used, how long it is kept, and how to request access, export or deletion.
Information collected
Information you submit through the website: Snapshot answers, intake responses, evidence you upload, contact details, and messages you send.
Operational records needed to deliver a service: payment status from the payment processor, delivery records, and correspondence.
Basic technical information created when a page is requested, used to operate and secure the site.
How information is used
To deliver the service you purchased or requested, to communicate about it, to meet legal and accounting obligations, and to improve Clarity Harbor's methodology in the ways described in the AI and Data Use Policy.
Clarity Harbor does not sell personal information.
Marketing communications
Marketing email is sent only where there is appropriate permission or another legally valid basis. Consent status, date, source and communication category are recorded.
Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe mechanism. Unsubscribing does not stop service-related messages about work in progress.
Retention and deletion
Customer evidence and deliverables are retained for the period defined in the applicable service agreement, plus any period required for legal, tax or dispute-resolution purposes.
You may request an export or deletion of your data. Records that must legally be retained are not deleted, and the response will say so.
