Pulse Recurring Service Agreement
Version 0.9-draft · Effective 2026-08-18 · Applies to: Clarity Harbor Pulse™ subscribers
The recurring agreement structure for Pulse: scope, deliverables, customer responsibilities, data, IP, AI use, limitations, payment and cancellation.
Service and deliverables
Clarity Harbor provides Continuous Adoption Intelligence: a Monthly Adoption Intelligence Brief for each active month, plus the monitoring, change detection and prioritization described for the selected tier.
Where no new evidence is available in a month, the Brief is produced from the existing Diagnostic baseline, previous findings and agreed priorities, and identifies that basis explicitly.
Customer responsibilities
There is no monthly reporting obligation. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of evidence it chooses to provide, for having the right to share it, and for its own implementation decisions.
Limitations
Pulse does not include unlimited meetings, unlimited email or messaging access, implementation, product management, engineering, UX execution, project management or unlimited consulting. Additional services require separate scope and pricing.
No adoption, retention or business outcome is guaranteed.
Term, payment and cancellation
Initial term of three months, month-to-month thereafter, recurring monthly subscription, cancellation on thirty days' notice — subject to the final attorney-approved language.
Data and intellectual property
Customer Data remains owned by the customer; Clarity Harbor receives only the rights necessary to provide the contracted service. Clarity Harbor retains ownership of its methodology, frameworks, scoring systems, software and workflows.
