Intellectual property

Clarity Harbor retains ownership of the Clarity Harbor methodology, Clarity Snapshot™, Clarity Adoption Diagnostic™, Clarity Outcome Review™, Clarity Harbor Pulse™, the Clarity Lens™, and all frameworks, templates, scoring systems, software, workflows, proprietary processes and pre-existing intellectual property.

Purchasing a service does not transfer the methodology or any Clarity Harbor intellectual property.

No guaranteed outcomes

Clarity Harbor provides analysis, interpretation, prioritization and recommendations. Business outcomes depend on decisions and implementation outside Clarity Harbor's control and are never guaranteed.
