Start Pulse within 30 days of completing your Diagnostic and you receive a $1,500 credit toward your first month. The credit is verified automatically and shown in your payment summary before you pay.
Honest questions, honest answers
Do I need the Diagnostic before starting Pulse?+
Yes. The Clarity Adoption Diagnostic™ establishes the baseline Pulse measures change against. Without a baseline there is nothing honest to compare new evidence to.
Does any plan include a call?+
No. Pulse is asynchronous at every tier — no monthly call, no quarterly call, no recurring meeting. Higher tiers add depth of analysis, never calendar time. If something significant emerges you can request a conversation; that is an exception handled case by case, within your contracted scope.
How much work is this for my team?+
Most months: no additional work required. When something meaningful changes: usually under five minutes to point us at something that already exists, such as release notes or an analytics export.
What happens if there is nothing important to report?+
You still receive the Brief, and it says so plainly. Every Brief carries an explicit evidence status — strong, moderate, limited, or insufficient. We never manufacture change to make a report look more interesting. Truth outranks the score.
Can I pay monthly or pay the initial term in full?+
Either — you choose on the plan page before paying. Monthly bills the plan rate each month through the initial minimum term, then continues month to month until you cancel. Paid in full is a single payment covering the whole initial term, with no further charges during it and no automatic renewal: continuing afterwards requires your authorization. The total is the same either way; paying up front is not discounted.
Can I cancel or change plans?+
Yes. After the minimum term your plan continues month to month and you can cancel before the next billing date. You can move between plans as your needs change, subject to your current minimum term.
Pulse is for teams that want to know whether it is actually working.
Many teams take the Diagnostic, implement internally, and are done. That is a good outcome too.
