Do I need to complete the diagnostic before starting Pulse?+
Yes. All Pulse clients begin with the Adoption Health Diagnostic. The diagnostic establishes your baseline score across the five Clarity Lens™ dimensions. Without that baseline, monthly monitoring has no reference point. The diagnostic investment applies as a credit toward your first months of Pulse so you are not paying for both in full.
What is the difference between Pulse Essential and Pulse Growth?+
Essential is fully async. You receive your monthly report and act on it with your team. Growth adds a 30-minute monthly strategy call, priority email access, and a quarterly trend report. If you want a thinking partner as you execute, Growth is the right fit. If you want clean monthly intelligence without calls, Essential is enough.
Can I change plans after I start?+
Yes. You can move between tiers at the end of any month with 30 days notice. We would rather you be on the right plan than the wrong one.
What if I want to pause Pulse while my team executes on the findings?+
Reach out and we will work something out. Pulse is most valuable when you are actively shipping changes, because that is when new friction is most likely to appear. But we understand that teams have cycles. Talk to us.
How is Pulse different from just running my own analytics review each month?+
Your team cannot unsee its own funnel. The same proximity bias that makes an outside diagnostic valuable makes ongoing outside monitoring valuable. Pulse applies the same Clarity Lens™ scoring your team does not carry internally, catches patterns your team is too close to see, and gives you a number you can track over time without building the system yourself.
